Payments get lost, capacities get overbooked, and staff spend more time on admin than on the programs themselves.
The Solution
CommBookPro replaces that patchwork with a single platform. Staff create programs, set schedules and pricing, and publish them online. Residents browse, book, and pay — all self-service. Behind the scenes, the system handles waitlists, capacity enforcement, payment reconciliation, and reporting automatically.
